Pre-Agility Foundations - Tues at 6:30pm

Class Description

6-Week Course Dogs should be at least 8-9 months old to enroll ***There will be NO CLASS the week of Memorial Day (5/27-5/31)*** ***THIS CLASS IS BY INVITE ONLY*** Please register only if you've been emailed with a confirmed Pre-Agility class time. If you register without an invite, you will be refunded, minus 5% for credit card processing fees. This class will introduce dogs and handlers to the exciting sport of dog agility and dog training. DOG WILL LEARN: shaping, impulse control, focus forward, crate games, recalls, value for being at handler’s side, fitness exercises, targeting, and balance skills. HANDLER WILL LEARN: the value of shaping, how to motivate dog while keeping control, the value of crate games and how the game applies to agility, exercises for the fitness of their dog throughout their agility career, the​ beginning skills needed for start line stays and fabulous contacts.​
