COVID-19 Vaccination Verification
A FULLY VACCINATED person is at least two weeks past a final COVID-19 vaccination shot, per the Centers for Disease Control.
DePaw Dog Sports has decided, effective 5/25/21, to allow people who are FULLY VACCINATED per this definition to be in the building without a mask.
There are no medical, mental health, or other exceptions of any kind to this policy.
Anyone who is not fully vaccinated is still required to wear a mask AT ALL TIMES while in the building.
