In Nosework Foundations we will focus on building drive and value for finding target odors. This class will teach you the basic foundations for nosework training, whether you plan to compete in the future or you just want to have fun with your dog!

Our main goals in the class are
• Imprinting Target odor
• Building a working relationship with your dog
• Building drive to odor and value for odor
• Establishing good search behavior 
• Developing an indication
• Having fun with your dog!

Advanced Nosework

Advanced Nosework
Time: 7 pm
Start Date: Wednesday November 10

​Prerequisite: Nosework Foundations or instructor approval

In Advanced Nosework Foundations, we will continue to build on the skills learned in the Nosework Foundations class. This class will focus on solidifying an indication, introduce more complex discrimination, and introduce single odors.

Our main goals in this class are:
• Solidifying a clear, consistent indication 
• Continue good search behavior 
• Learning to solve more complex scent puzzles
• And of course, having fun with your dog!
